  17.    This file provides information for Shareware Distributors, Disk Vendors
  18.    and Computer Clubs who wish to distribute this package.

  26.    DISTRIBUTION REQUIREMENTS

  28.    Individuals who wish to distribute this  package to friends or associates
  29.    may do so in accordance with the restrictions outlined in the included
  30.    help file.

  33.    disk library may do so in accordance with the Distribution Restrictions
  34.    listed below.

  42.    LIMITED DISTRIBUTION LICENSE

  44.    As the exclusive copyright holder for this package, AA-Software
  45.    International authorizes distribution only in accordance with the
  46.    following restrictions.

  48.    ASP Approved Vendors in good standing are hereby given permission to
  49.    distribute this package.  Non-ASP member vendors must request permission
  50.    prior to distributing this package.

  52.    This package - including all related program files and documentation files
  53.    - CANNOT be modified in any way and must be distributed as a complete
  54.    package, without exception.

  56.    Small additions to the package, such as the introductory or installation
  57.    batch files used by many shareware disk vendors, are acceptable.

  59.    No price or other compensation may be charged for this package. A
  60.    distribution fee may be charged for the cost of the diskette, shipping and
  61.    handling, as long as the total (per disk) does not exceed US$8.00 in the
  62.    U.S. and Canada, or US$12.00 internationally.

  65.    DISK SETS & CD-ROMs

  67.    This package CANNOT be sold as part of some other inclusive package.  Nor
  68.    can it be included in any commercial software packaging offer, without a
  69.    written agreement from AA-Software International.

  72.    ASP Approved Vendors who wish to distribute this package as part of a
  73.    collection (such as PsL's MegaDisk set, or a CD-ROM package) may do so
  74.    provided that all the other restrictions are met.

  76.    Vendors (non-ASP Vendor Members) who wish to distribute this package as
  77.    part of a collection (e.g. a CD-ROM package) must obtain permission from
  78.    AA-Software International prior to beginning such a distribution.

  80.    If you wish to add any of our programs to a CD-ROM or other collection,
  81.    please check the release date of the version you have.  If the version is
  82.    over twelve (12) months old then please contact us to ensure that you have
  83.    the most current version.  The release date for this package is given at
  84.    the begining of this file.

  87.    DISK-OF-THE-MONTH (OR SUBSCRIPTION) DISTRIBUTION:

  89.    If you would like to distribute this package as a Disk-of-the-Month, or as
  90.    part of a subscription or monthly service, then the following restrictions

  93.    ASP Associate (Disk Vendor) Members in good standing are hereby given
  94.    permission to distribute this package under the Disk-of-the-Month style of
  95.    distribution.

  100.    You cannot use a Disk-of-the-Month distribution to use up your inventory
  101.    of old (out of date) disks.  Only current versions may be shipped as Disk-
  102.    of-the-Month disks.

  104.    This  package cannot be "rented" or "leased" to others.

  106.    You may not list any of our products in advertisements, catalogs, or other
  107.    literature which describes our products as "FREE SOFTWARE".  Shareware is
  108.    "Try-Before-You-Buy" software, it is not free.

  110.    AA-Software International prohibits the distribution of outdated versions
  111.    of this package, without written permission from AA-Software
  112.    International. If the version you have is over twelve (12) months old,

  116.    Licensee shall not use, copy, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile,
  117.    disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed program
  118.    except as provided in this agreement.  Any such unauthorized use shall
  119.    result in immediate and automatic termination of this license.
